Position Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Optician to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping patients see and look their best, with strong skills in eyewear selection, fitting, and optical education.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist patients with frame and lens selection based on prescriptions, lifestyle, and budget

• Interpret and verify eyeglass prescriptions
• Perform accurate measurements, fittings, and adjustments
• Educate patients on lens options, coatings, and eyewear care
• Process optical orders and ensure accuracy upon delivery
• Troubleshoot and resolve eyewear issues
• Support a positive and professional patient experience

Qualifications:

Prior optician experience preferred (licensure a plus, if applicable) Strong customer service and communication skills Attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment Experience with optical software is a plus
