In this role, you'll guide patients through frame selection, lens options, measurements, ordering, adjustments, and final delivery while helping create a welcoming and efficient optical experience. What You'll Do:
Welcome patients and provide a professional, service-driven experience. Assist patients with frame selection and lens recommendations. Take accurate eyewear measurements and verify prescriptions. Dispense, adjust, and repair eyewear for proper fit, comfort, and alignment. Educate patients on lens options, coatings, sun protection, and eyewear care. Track eyewear orders and communicate updates to patients. Coordinate with optical labs and insurance providers. Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing optical displays. Support inventory, documentation, and daily optical department workflows.
What You'll Need:
Strong communication and customer service skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work well with patients and team members. Strong organization and follow-through.
