Assist end users in selecting eyewear frames, ensuring proper fit, comfort, and functionality based on individual visual needs and job-specific requirements. Educate customers on lens technology, including coatings, materials, and tint options, aligned with prescriptions and workplace demands. Maintain, organize, and manage onsite frame inventory at the customer's location. Process and submit eyewear orders to third-party optical lab partners for fulfillment. Notify clients when completed eyewear is ready for pickup at the onsite facility. Perform final fittings, ensuring proper alignment, comfort, and necessary adjustments for optimal wear. Provide education on eyewear care, maintenance, and proper handling to promote long-term durability and customer satisfaction.
