This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine clinical expertise with strategic growth, helping patients achieve optimal vision health while advancing your career through a structured partnership pathway. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive eye examinations, diagnosing and managing ocular conditions, and building strong patient and partner relationships to promote long-term success. Duties Conduct thorough eye examinations utilizing advanced diagnostic tools to assess visual acuity, ocular health, and physiological function Diagnose and treat a wide range of eye conditions, including those related to ophthalmology, pediatrics, and general vision care Maintain accurate medical records in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations Educate patients on eye health, treatment options, and preventive care strategies to enhance patient care experience Collaborate with optical teams to recommend appropriate eyewear solutions and support sales initiatives Utilize medical terminology effectively when documenting cases and communicating with colleagues or specialists. Requirements Valid state licensure as an Optometrist with current certification to practice in the designated region Strong knowledge of ophthalmology, anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to eye care Experience with optical equipment, EMR/EHR systems, and medical coding processes Demonstrated ability to provide excellent patient care with a focus on customer service and clear communication Familiarity with HIPAA compliance standards and maintaining confidentiality of medical records Ability to perform vital signs assessments and apply aseptic techniques during examinations or procedures Prior experience working with pediatric patients is preferred but not mandatory Join us in delivering outstanding eye care through a collaborative partnership model that emphasizes growth, innovation, and exceptional patient experiences.
