Job Description
OPERATIONS
Supervise the logistics of running an efficient practice Monitor and if necessary adjust the systems in each department Run and distribute daily/weekly/monthly reports to summarize the health of each department Oversee ordering of office and medical supplies Conduct comparative pricing studies Assure maintenance of offices by cleaning staff Maintain effective communication with staff & managementHUMAN RESOURCES
Perform key activities such as hiring, training, and if necessary disciplining Determine work schedule and establish hours Delegate assignments and job descriptions Monitor staff performance and hold them accountable Run bi-weekly payroll Monitor employee benefits (PTO, bonuses, etc.) Run and distribute relevant HR reports Conduct performance and salary reviews Organize staff meetings Provide coaching and counseling When necessary, conduct corrective conversations FINANCE Make sure staff follows Standard Operations Procedures in regards to Finance Prepare a monthly review of A/R and A/P Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports to review the finances of the practice Make daily bank deposits To make sure bills are paid before due date Approve staff expensesMARKETING
Ensure staff is performing the necessary tasks in regards to marketing Review marketing campaigns and their respective ROI Set up periodic meetings with referral sources Please include a cover letter specific to Insight Vision Center Optometry or we will not consider you.Related keywords:
