6:34 AM - 5:15

PM Desired Qualifications and Experience:

Active, unencumbered RN license Previous Operating Room nursing experience strongly preferred Proficiency with perioperative nursing protocols, including pre-op, intra-op, and post-op patient care Excellent critical thinking and communication abilities Ability to function collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and fellow nursing staff BLS and ACLS certification (current) Capacity to remain composed and focused in high-acuity surgical situations

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver safe, effective patient care throughout the operative experience Scrub, circulate, and assist as needed during diverse surgical procedures Maintain strict adherence to sterile techniques and infection control protocols Monitor and document patient status and surgical progress accurately Perform pre-operative and post-operative assessments and patient education Respond rapidly to emergent situations and changes in patient status Advocate for patient safety and comfort at all times
