Strong understanding of payroll compliance, controls, and audit requirements. Exposure to payroll reconciliation reporting and dashboards. Experience supporting payroll transformations or standardization initiatives. Ability to work independently onsite, owning requirements, design, and solutioning. Experience working directly with business stakeholders and translating requirements into functional solutions.
