JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced

SAP S/4 HANA

• Basis Lead with deep expertise in

SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP

RISE, and cloud-based SAP environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for SAP system administration, cloud migrations, system integrations, performance monitoring, upgrades, refreshes, and ongoing operational support. This role requires strong technical expertise across

SAP BASIS, SAP

HANA, BTP, AWS, and Azure environments, along with the ability to lead troubleshooting efforts, support global teams, and drive successful SAP transformation initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead SAP S/4HANA and ECC implementation, upgrade, migration, and conversion projects across public and private cloud environments.
• Support and execute on-premises to

SAP RISE

migration and conversion initiatives.

• Perform

SAP BASIS

administration, system monitoring, performance tuning, and operational support.

• Design, test, document, and maintain SAP infrastructure solutions and system landscapes.
• Review SAP architecture and support integration between SAP and non-SAP applications.
• Administer and govern SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) environments.
• Configure and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions across SAP BTP and

SAP RISE

components.

• Execute system migrations using DMO (Database Migration Option) and Migration Cockpit methodologies.
• Configure and maintain SAP Cloud Connector integrations.
• Set up and support SAP Landscape Transformation (SLT) replication processes.
• Monitor system health, workload performance, and capacity utilization across SAP environments.
• Support SAP Fiori installation, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.
• Plan and execute regular SAP S/4HANA and ECC system refresh activities.
• Participate in SAP Activate implementation projects and related deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents to ensure timely ticket closure and service continuity.
• Coordinate with infrastructure and cloud teams supporting AWS and Azure environments.
• Research, evaluate, and implement continuous improvements to SAP platforms and processes.
• Publish system health reports, project updates, and operational status reports.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders, technical teams, functional consultants, and business users.
• Participate in critical production support activities and escalation calls when required.
• Provide 24x7 support coverage during major deployments, go-lives, upgrades, and critical incidents.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in

SAP S/4HANA BASIS

administration.

• Proven experience supporting

SAP RISE

Private Cloud migration and conversion projects.

• Strong expertise in

SAP BASIS

Core and Advanced Operations.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC implementations, upgrades, migrations, and conversions.
• Strong working knowledge of

SAP HANA

administration and platform management.

• Experience administering SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Hands-on experience configuring and supporting:
• SAP Cloud Connector
• SAP Fiori
• Single Sign-On (SSO)
• SAP Landscape Transformation (SLT)
• DMO Migration
• Migration Cockpit
• Experience performing SAP system refreshes and client copies.
• Knowledge of SAP security, user administration, and environment support.
• Experience monitoring SAP performance, workloads, and system health.
• Working knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure and cloud-based SAP environments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
• Experience troubleshooting complex SAP technical issues and supporting production systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively with global teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience creating technical documentation, operational procedures, and end-user support materials.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with AI and Generative AI technologies.
• Knowledge of SAP Joule for Consultants (J4C).
• Experience integrating SAP and non-SAP solutions.
• Familiarity with Prompt Engineering concepts and AI-assisted workflows.
• Experience supporting hybrid cloud and multi-cloud SAP landscapes.
• Exposure to SAP automation, monitoring, and DevOps practices.
• Experience leading SAP transformation and modernization programs.
• SAP Activate implementation experience.
