Order Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Associate to join our fast-paced warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently processing customer orders, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and shipping of products. Your proactive approach and strong organizational skills will contribute to seamless warehouse operations and exceptional customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to accurately pick and pack customer orders according to order specifications. Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other mechanical tools safely to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse. Perform stock replenishment, stocking, and inventory management tasks to maintain optimal stock levels and ensure order accuracy. Conduct quality control checks during picking and packing processes to uphold product integrity and prevent errors. Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including verifying shipments, preparing shipping labels, and coordinating with carriers for timely dispatch. Support warehouse distribution efforts by organizing products efficiently for order fulfillment and delivery schedules. Maintain a clean, organized workspace in compliance with safety standards while adhering to warehouse procedures for materials handling. Skills Proven experience operating reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, or other heavy equipment in a warehouse environment. Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for inventory tracking and order processing. Familiarity with shipping & receiving protocols, order picking & packing procedures, and warehouse distribution processes. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic maintenance on equipment as needed. Excellent attention to detail for quality control and order accuracy. Ability to lift heavy loads safely and perform physical tasks involving heavy lifting regularly. Prior experience in warehouse supervision or leadership roles is a plus but not required; a strong understanding of warehouse operations is essential.
