Non-Exempt Summary:

The Order Packer is responsible for packing customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all shipments are prepared according to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Pack customer orders securely and accurately for shipment. Verify order contents against pick lists to ensure accuracy. Apply appropriate labels and shipping documentation to outbound shipments. Maintain a clean and organized packing station. Assist with inventory management tasks, including stock replenishment and cycle counting.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous experience in a warehouse or packing environment preferred. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
