Non-Exempt Summary:

The Order Picker is responsible for accurately selecting and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pick and prepare customer orders using pick lists and handheld scanners. Verify item quantities and descriptions to ensure order accuracy. Safely operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified). Organize and stage picked orders for shipment according to company procedures. Assist with restocking inventory and cycle counting as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred. Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
