Job Summary:

Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented Order Processing Coordinator to join a dynamic team. This role involves accurately processing sales orders, coordinating inbound and outbound freight, resolving order issues, and assisting with front desk reception duties. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter sales orders using Excel and internal systems, ensuringpliance withpany procedures. Convert order quantities into proper selling units, packaging, and sizing codes. pricing, discounts, and terms from sales and customer programs. Process daily invoicing transactions and submit routing requests to customers. Generate bills of lading based on carrier assignments and customer requirements. Verify purchase order details, including item numbers, pricing, payment terms, and shipping information. Identify and correct order errors and discrepancies. Process order returns with accurate pricing, conversions, and item numbers. freight carriers to negotiate pricing and coordinate shipments. Monitor order statuses, release sales order holds, and ensure timely fulfillment. Generate and distribute reports, order logs, and tracking updates as needed. Collaborate with the Operations Manager and shipping department on order adjustments and inventory management. Provide receptionist duties, including answering calls and greeting visitors.

Requirements:

Experience in data entry, order processing, logistics, or a related field. Proficiency in Excel and other data management tools. Strong attention to detail andanizational skills. Pay Details:
