$24.36/hr plus shift differential

Position Summary:

As an Order Selector, you will operate a forklift and handle product movement throughout the warehouse. This role involves order picking, loading, and working in a cold storage environment, while maintaining accuracy and safety.

Shifts Available:

Rotating shift requiring availability from Monday

• Sunday 6:00 AM
• 2:30 PM (1) 2:00 PM
• 10:30 PM (2) 10:00 PM
• 6:30 AM (2)

Experience Required:

2 years of stand-up forklift experience Warehouse, shipping/receiving, or order selecting experience required

Key Responsibilities:

Pick and fill customer orders accurately Loading and unloading product from trucks throughout a 10-12 hour shift Check and count products before loading onto trucks Ensure all products meet quality standards (no damage or contamination) Verify correct labeling, quantities, and product codes Record production and inventory details as required Move product to designated staging and loading areas Operate forklift and other material handling equipment safely

Qualifications/Education:

High School Diploma or GED required

Experience:

2 years of stand-up forklift experience Warehouse, shipping/receiving, or order selecting experience required

Required Skills:

Ability to read and follow written instructions Basic math skills Experience with RF scanners preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Physical & Work Requirements:
