Job Responsibilities:

Assist in the design and development of training and organizational initiatives within Product Development. Support onboarding program coordination and continuous improvement. Assist wtih skill gap analysis of currrent and future technical needs. Compile and summarize training completion data to identify trends and themes. Update engineering competency guides and other tools to promote skill development. Develop training materials, job aids, facilitator guides, and participant resources.

Job Qualifications:

Candidate should be pursuing a Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development degree or related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience working within Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Power Point. Experience working within Adobe Creative Cloud preferred. Comfortable working with all different levels of leadership. Strong organizational skills.
