Orthodontic Clinical and Admin Team Member

Position Overview The Orthodontic Floater plays a key role in keeping the office running smoothly by supporting clinical procedures, front desk operations, and sterilization/lab responsibilities . This team member must be flexible, proactive, and ready to step in wherever needed to ensure an outstanding patient experience. ResponsibilitiesClinical Support Assist chairside during orthodontic procedures as needed Prepare treatment rooms and ensure proper setup Take digital scans, impressions, and x-rays (if certified) Provide basic patient instructions and support Front Desk Support Greet patients and create a warm, welcoming experience Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow Verify patient information and assist with check-in/check-out Support treatment coordinators and administrative team as needed Sterilization & Lab Duties Clean, sterilize, and organize instruments in compliance with OSHA standards Maintain sterilization logs and ensure proper infection control protocols Assist with pouring models, trimming appliances, and other basic lab tasks Keep clinical and sterilization areas clean, stocked, and organized Qualifications Dental or orthodontic experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate) X-ray certification (NJ) preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Positive attitude and strong team mentality Ability to adapt quickly and take initiative Professional appearance and demeanor What We're Looking For Someone who enjoys variety and staying busy throughout the day A team player who is willing to jump in wherever needed A dependable and detail-oriented individual Someone who takes pride in creating a positive patient experience

Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
