Job Description
A rewarding locum tenens opportunity in Seaside, OR, awaits emergency and trauma specialists. Work in a Level 4 trauma center providing crucial care in an inpatient setting. The role offers a mix of night and day shifts, predominantly nights, making it ideal for providers comfortable with intubation and managing a variety of emergency scenarios.

Seaside, OR Benefits Weekly direct deposit Malpractice insurance with tail coverage Supportive credentialing assistance Lodging and mileage reimbursement (if applicable) Flexible scheduling (optional if applicable) Job Responsibilities Provide emergency medical care and manage trauma cases in a busy ER. Handle a broad patient population, averaging 15 encounters per shift. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams ensuring comprehensive care. Qualifications Active medical licensure and DEA required. Board Certified or Board Eligible within 3 years of residency in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine with significant EM experience. Certification in BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS, and NRP preferred. Working Hours 12-hour shifts, 7-8 shifts per month, mainly night shifts. Coverage for medical leaves until December 31, 2026. Skills Proficient in emergency care, particularly intubation and trauma management. Strong communication skills for effective team collaboration and patient interaction. Ability to handle high-pressure situations with quick, efficient decision-making.
