Traveler Part-time position for an Occupational Therapist in Burlington, IL from August 2026-May 2027
Key Details:
  • Position is part time, 2 days per week. Can be combined with a nearby school for full-time
  • Orientation dates are 8/3 and 8/4, Start date is 8/10/26, end date is 5/24/27.
  • Caseload is resource and some self-contained, school assignment will be determined closer to the start of the school year
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
  • Current IL License to practice or eligible

Travel Farther Together Referral Program:
Payout is tiered. The $1,200 per clinician reward applies only after you've referred 10 or more clinicians who successfully contract with Ardor.
Payouts are split:
50% when the referred clinician starts, and 50% when they reach the midpoint of their assignment.
License, Certification & CE Assistance:
Reimbursements and assistance are offered on a case-by-case basis. Approval must be documented by your recruiting team and is not guaranteed for every clinician or assignment. 816417
