Dexian DISYS May 05, 2026 OT/IT PM Job details Posted 04 May 2026 Location Bunker Hill Village, TX 77024 Reference 1002814 Job description Project Delivery & Execution Lead network infrastructure projects from initiation through completion, including environments built from scratch (greenfield deployments). Manage projects typically scoped at 200-300 hours, ensuring delivery within timeline, budget, and scope. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. Technical Coordination (OT/IT Networking) Work closely with engineering teams on: LAN/WAN deployments Network configuration and provisioning Wireless implementations (AP deployment, site surveys, heat maps) Ensure alignment of technical work with defined architecture and project goals. Translate technical requirements into clear execution plans and deliverables. Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary point of contact between IT, OT, vendors, and business stakeholders. Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to leadership. Facilitate coordination between network engineers, security teams, and operations teams. Tools, Systems & Governance Oversee implementation and usage of: Cisco Prime (monitoring and management alignment) Cisco ISE (identity and access considerations in project scope) Ensure adherence to network standards, IP schema, and security segmentation in OT/IT environments. Wireless & Network Planning Oversight Guide teams conducting: Site surveys Wireless heat map analysis Access Point (AP) placement and optimization Ensure proper documentation and validation of network coverage and performance. Risk & Issue Management Identify and mitigate risks, particularly in OT/IT integration and network deployments. Manage dependencies related to infrastructure, hardware, and site readiness. Escalate and resolve issues impacting timelines or delivery. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). 4-7 years of experience in project management, with exposure to network or infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of: LAN/WAN networking concepts IP addressing and network design fundamentals Wireless networking (site surveys, heat maps, AP deployment) Experience working with Cisco environments. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing projects in OT environments (manufacturing, energy, industrial). Familiarity with: Cisco Prime Cisco ISE Project Management certifications (PMP, Agile, or equivalent). Background in network engineering prior to PM role (highly valued).
