Duties Safely operate a box truck for route driving and long-haul deliveries across multiple locations. Load and unload cargo using manual lifting techniques, pallet jacks, or forklifts when necessary. Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule, verifying shipment details against delivery manifests. Provide outstanding customer service by interacting professionally with clients during drop-offs and pickups. Maintain cleanliness and safety of the vehicle, conducting routine inspections before and after trips. Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure safe transportation at all times. Keep detailed records of deliveries, route logs, and any incidents that occur during transit. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial driving preferred. Proven delivery driver experience with knowledge of route planning and navigation. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with loading/unloading cargo. Experience operating a box truck or similar commercial vehicle with manual transmission. Familiarity with warehouse operations, including the use of forklifts and pallet jacks. Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients.
