THE FREIGHT & THE MILES 3,500-4,500

average miles per week Reefer freight: produce, protein, refrigerated CPG year-round Flatbed freight: steel, building materials, machinery, lumber Lower 48 lanes Run reefer, run flatbed, or run both — we'll match you to the freight that fits your experience No sitting waiting on loads — we keep you moving ═══════════════════════════════════════════

HOME TIME 3

weeks out, then 1 day home for every week driven (3 weeks out 3 days hometime) Predictable schedule — no bait-and-switch reset stories Honest planning from dispatch ═══════════════════════════════════════════

REQUIREMENTS

Valid Class A CDL and Legal Status Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR experience Reefer or flatbed experience preferred (we'll train the right driver on the other if you've got a strong record) Clean MVR (no more than 2 moving violations in past 3 years) No DUI/DWI in past 5 years No preventable accidents in past 2 years Pass DOT physical and drug screen Willing to run minimum 3 weeks OTR before home time Flatbed drivers: own tarps, straps, and securement gear preferred Authorized to work in the United States Operate as a 1099 independent contractor ═══════════════════════════════════════════
