Our core values focus on "Bringing Enjoyment 'N' Quality to Life". We are hiring an Outbound Logistics Specialist to help support our growing Logistics team. Primary responsibilities include processing and invoicing sales orders, releasing packing lists to the warehouse manually and through EDI, coordinating with the warehouse to ensure shipping orders on time, providing shipping details to customers, scheduling product deployment with customers & service providers, and other miscellaneous tasks as needed to meet high standards of customer satisfaction. Duties & responsibilities: Process sales orders and release packing list to WH by EDI or Manual processing Process sales order invoicing - initiate the process to invoice / close orders Process Inter-Warehouse inventory transfers Collect PODs and manage claims as necessary. Process international orders - Coordinate with 3PL for documentation requirements Inventory control - coordinate daily inventory reconciliation with 3PL partners and ensure high inventory accuracy in the ERP system Coordinate with PM-Product Managers and 3PL partners for quality control and rework as necessary Perform freight invoice audits and cost validation activities Maintain positive customer relationships by responding to customer inquiries and providing resolution and support Oversee and reconcile current short shipment claims with customers Perform logistics tasks as assigned by Logistics Management Required experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities: Minimum 3 years of prior experience working in a distribution, fulfillment, or logistics role supporting high-volume fulfillment Excellent time management, analytical and organizational skills; strong attention to detail Prior experience working with a Tier 1 ERP system (i.e., SAP, Oracle, MS 365) Relationship builder with effective oral and written communication Strong team player who collaborated well with others to solve problems, flexible, and adaptable Proficient business software skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint, ERP systems, preferred experience with Oracle) Prior experience in Logistics / Warehousing / Order Fulfillment / 3PL Preferred experience, but not required: Experience with Amazon 1P, FBA, FBM, and SFP fulfillment
Education:
Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent experience
Compensation:
Based on experience, we offer a very competitive base salary plus bonus
