The experience of high-level Trackers Guides is diverse and not what you might always expect. It can include restaurant managers from fast-paced environments, search and rescue personnel who've led complex outdoor operations., and middle school or high school teachers who've been through the classroom crucible. Positions are limited, please list your availability and role preferences in your application. Now hiring for 2026 Summer Season. Pay scales are based on defined add-ons, including prior summer seasons and qualifying certifications. Guide (Educator): Lead a team of kids learning real skills, responsibility, and serious fun in a fast-paced summer season. You teach by doing, hold clear boundaries, and build team culture where kids earn confidence through competence. You run your group independently within Trackers safety systems, procedures, and lore.$21.50 - $23.50/hour. Coordinator (Manager): Lead teams of 4-10 Guides through an action-packed summer season, hold safety and culture standards, and manage the flow of the day. This role requires situational awareness, systems thinking, and coaching skills to help staff level up while keeping the overall program steady and high quality. $1542/week (Summer Day Camp). Specialist (Mentor): Bring your mastery of a discipline and pass it on to kids through clear instruction, high expectations, and safe systems. This role requires teaching clarity, field judgment, and the ability to make hard-earned knowledge accessible and alive. You work independently with support from Guides and Coordinators. $22.50 - $28.50/hour. Please note, you must be able to report to work every available week in the summer season.Apply at:

You notice what is changing and adjust before small problems grow.Outdoor Readiness:
You can work outside all day in diverse weather while teaching a group.Real Skill Base:
