Outdoor Recreation Crew Member | River & Lake Operations Join Canoe the Caney and JBeez Watercraft for a fun, fast-paced summer job working outdoors on the river and lake. Our team supports both canoe/kayak trips and boat rentals including jet skis, ski boats, and pontoon boats - creating a unique, high-energy work environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, working with a team, and being part of outdoor recreation. What You'll Do Help guests prepare for river and lake adventures Load and unload canoes, kayaks, and rental equipment Assist with rentals and outdoor operations Support setup, cleanup, and daily flow of operations How Our Team Works Our crew supports both river and lake operations. Everyone helps where needed, and roles are assigned based on ability, experience, and comfort level. What We're Looking For Reliable and ready to work Comfortable working outdoors in heat Able to lift 40-50 lbs Team-oriented with a strong work ethic Weekend availability required Pay $10.00 - $16.00 per hour Opportunities for advancement within the first 30-60 days Important This is an active, outdoor role in a fast-paced environment.
