POSITION OVERVIEW

Outpatient primary care role serving patients of all ages Focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and community-based services Mission-driven nonprofit healthcare organization serving the community for more than 40 years Opportunity to build long-term patient relationships in stable outpatient environment Collaborative clinical setting with provider autonomy

COMPENSATION

Base Salary:

$240,000

• $250,000

Student Loan Repayment:

$50,000

• $110,000 Pennsylvania State Loan Repayment eligibility

SCHEDULE

Monday

• Friday schedule 8:30 AM
• 5:00 PM standard schedule One weekly 9:00 AM
• 6:00 PM shift No weekend clinic requirement ROLE Provide full-scope outpatient family medicine care Manage preventive medicine and chronic conditions Treat pediatric, adult, and geriatric patient populations Address behavioral health awareness and community healthcare needs Work collaboratively within mission-focused outpatient clinical team

Board Certified in Family Medicine
