Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) About Sequoia Care At Sequoia Care , we're leading the way in rehabilitative and long-term care services across Florida. Our Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy teams serve residents in senior living, skilled nursing, and home health settings. We deliver compassionate, evidence-based care that's focused on helping residents achieve optimal function and quality of life. Position Summary We are seeking licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) in Florida to join our growing team. As a PT at Sequoia Care, you'll assess, develop, and implement personalized treatment plans that help residents regain movement, reduce pain, and restore independence. Key Responsibilities Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver skilled physical therapy services to residents in senior living setting Monitor and document resident progress, adjusting plans as needed Educate residents, caregivers, and staff on mobility, exercise, and prevention strategies Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care Ensure compliance with all applicable Florida licensure and documentation standards Qualifications Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida (required) Senior living or similar experience preferred Ability to be accredited by all insurance payers CPR certification (as required by facility or state) Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills A passion for resident-centered care and improving quality of life What We Offer (Full-Time):
