$15,000 with a 3‑year commitment Position Summary PS3G is seeking a licensed Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) to join a patient‑centered outpatient rehabilitation clinic in Batesville, Arkansas. This full‑time Physical Therapist position focuses on orthopedic, neurological, and functional rehabilitation in a collaborative outpatient setting. This role is ideal for a Physical Therapist seeking outpatient PT jobs , weekday schedules , and long‑term career stability —with no weekends and no on‑call requirements. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and reassessments Develop and implement individualized outpatient physical therapy treatment plans Treat patients with orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, post‑surgical rehab, and functional mobility deficits Deliver evidence‑based rehabilitation therapy services in an outpatient clinic Educate patients on home exercise programs , injury prevention, and recovery goals Accurately document all care in the electronic medical record (EMR) Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed Collaborate with physical therapists and healthcare professionals to improve outcomes Maintain compliance with Arkansas PT licensure , safety standards, and best practices Required Qualifications Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent) from an accredited program Active Arkansas Physical Therapist License or Compact PT License eligible for Arkansas Current

BLS / CPR
