We are looking for an energetic self-starter, with experience in the healthcare space, to build key relationships in the Knoxville market. This position is vital to our sales process and works closely with the Sales Manager to deliver exceptional customer service while introducing more local healthcare professionals and potential residents to Inspirit Senior Living. Community Relations Director/Executive Director Key Contacts:
Routine interaction with staff from various departments, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and referral sources.Your Key Responsibilities:
Conducing scheduled and impromptu visits to local hospitals, rehab centers, and skilled nursing facilities Executing on-site events for healthcare professionals including but not limited to open house events, cocktail hours, parties, and grab-and-go meals Partner with the maintenance department to ensure reserved apartments are presentable and move-in ready Introduce new opportunities to build referral relationships with local business owners and community organizations outside of the healthcare space Orchestrate department manager introductions to local referral partners Perform other duties as requiredQualifications:
Education:
High school diplomaExperience:
1-3 years in the healthcare industryKnowledge/Skills:
Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and understanding). Familiarity with State and Federal regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to make independent decisions. Strong team orientation and professional demeanor. Valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle throughout days, evenings, and weekends (mileage will be reimbursed.)Salary:
