Pay Rate:

$21•23/hour (based on experience) Position Overview Amergis Healthcare Staffing is partnering with a respected nonprofit organization in Haverhill, MA, to hire a Part-Time Outreach Housing Case Manager. This is a rewarding opportunity to support individuals experiencing homelessness by helping them secure stable housing and connect with essential community resources. The organization is committed to training and supporting the right candidate and offers opportunities for professional growth within the role. Key Responsibilities Support individuals experiencing homelessness in securing stable housing and accessing community resources Provide ongoing stabilization support, including landlord/tenant mediation Conduct interviews and assessments for shelter guests after five days of stay Develop individualized case plans and track progress through weekly meetings Complete referrals and applications for housing programs, service providers, and public benefits Maintain accurate progress notes and monthly stabilization reports Build and maintain relationships with housing agencies, landlords, and community partners Qualifications Experience in housing or human services field required Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred Valid driver's license required Must pass CORI and driving record checks
