Our marketing teams make genuine connections with homeowners, help to identify their home improvement problems, and set appointments for a member of our sales team to provide the prospective client with a free, no-obligation quote. We are offering full-time positions in field marketing with opportunities for advancement through our sales and marketing teams.
Compensation:
$53,000
  • 85,000+ (Base plus aggressive bonus structure) Average Reps earn an additional $1,500
  • $3,000 monthly in bonus TOP performers exceed $4,000 monthly in bonus Unlimited advancement opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
Engage Potential Customers:
Introduce our products to potential customers, establish the need, and generate leads for our sales representative team
Build Rapport:
Establish and maintain positive relationships with homeowners to foster trust and offer solutions for home improvement needs
Deliver Compelling Pitches:
Confidently communicate the benefits and features of the products that Coastal has to offer
Achieve Sales Targets:
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals/quotas Participate in
Team Meetings:
Contribute to regular team meetings and training sessions to share experiences, learn new techniques, and stay in alignment with the team's goals Continuously seek opportunities to enhance knowledge of our products and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales or canvassing is preferred, but not required. We will train individuals with the right attitude. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for achieving targets and driving results. Strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
