Job Description

Compensation & Benefits Base salary plus uncapped quarterly commission, with a full benefits package including company vehicle or allowance, health insurance, 401(k) match, PTO, and company-paid training and development. Position Overview This role is responsible for driving business growth through new client acquisition, referral relationship management, and expansion across commercial, insurance, and property-related sectors including. The position combines outside sales, strategic outreach, networking, and relationship management, while positioning the organization as a trusted partner. This is a high-visibility role in a stable, recession-resistant industry. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Communicate services, processes, and value proposition clearly to clients and partners Develop and execute territory sales plans and outreach strategies Identify new markets and business opportunities Maintain alignment with gross profit and business goals Follow structured sales processes and recommend improvements where needed Relationship Management & Field Sales Conduct a minimum of 25 face-to-face visits per week (route stops and site visits) Hold 3-5 discovery meetings weekly with prospects and referral partners Build and maintain strong commercial and insurance referral relationships • Deliver presentations to clients and groups Represent the brand consistently across all interactions Marketing & Networking Represent the organization at tradeshows, association events, and community functions Participate in approved industry associations (minimum quarterly involvement) Support client events, open houses, and co-marketing initiatives Assist with marketing materials and outreach campaigns CRM & Administration Maintain and update CRM pipeline weekly (real-time or end-of-day logging) Manage follow-ups, thank-you notes, and client communications Complete expense reports and maintain accurate records Participate in internal sales, operations, and claims meetings Professional Development Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and continuing education Stay current on industry trends, claims processes, and best practices Contribute ideas to improve sales effectiveness and customer experience
Qualifications Required:
High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently in a field-based sales environment
Preferred:

Experience:
Outside sales: 3 years (Required) CRM software: 2 years (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 75% (Required)
