Account Manager Responsibilities Customer Management :

Build and maintain strong client relationships, especially for snow removal and landscape services

Bidding :

Accurately bid on projects, with a focus on snow removal contracts.

Invoicing Review :

Ensure all invoicing is accurate and reflective of the work completed.

Contract & Contract Renewals :

Manage contracts, particularly those related to Snow Removal and Landscaping, and oversee renewals.

Property Inspections & Reports :

Conduct thorough inspections, with a keen eye on Snow Removal and Landscaping needs and opportunities.

Property Maps :

Develop and maintain detailed property maps, highlighting areas critical for Snow Removal and Landscaping.

Upsells :

Identify opportunities to upsell services, with a focus on expanding Snow Removal and Landscaping offerings.

Prospecting :

Actively seek out new business opportunities, especially in the Snow Removal and Landscape sector.

Snow Removal & Landscaping :
