Our client is a respected industry leader in the Odessa region, and they're looking for an engineer who can bring strong technical ability, field awareness, and a passion for solving complex structural challenges. Why This Role Is a Standout Opportunity Work on major industrial and energy‑sector projects that shape regional infrastructure Enjoy a balanced mix of office design work and hands‑on field involvement Join a collaborative team where your expertise is valued and your voice matters Step into a role with clear advancement potential toward senior or lead engineer positions What You'll Be Doing Designing steel, concrete, and foundation systems for industrial facilities Performing structural analysis, load calculations, modeling, and stress evaluations Assessing existing structures and recommending reinforcement or repair strategies Preparing drawings, calculations, technical reports, and permitting documentation Conducting site visits, inspections, and construction support activities Coordinating with mechanical, electrical, and project management teams Ensuring all work meets IBC, AISC, ACI, ASCE, and other applicable codes What Makes You a Great Fit Bachelor's in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred) PE license preferred—or a strong desire to pursue licensure Experience with industrial, commercial, or energy‑sector structural design Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, RISA, or similar tools Strong analytical skills, communication ability, and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast‑paced environment What's In It for You Competitive compensation package Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance + supplemental options PTO, paid holidays, and 401(k) with company match Professional development support, including PE licensure assistance A stable, long‑term career with a respected employer
Pay:
$135,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
