Earn an hourly rate at this full-time position. This is a field-based role covering Broken Bow, Ord, and O'Neill, NE, with travel up to 100% of the time.
Job Description:
Train and develop new customers on equipment functions, products, and account management practices including inventory and financial processes Make regular visits to customer locations to maintain a consistent and professional presence and ensure compliance with requirements Remove product when needed and manage inventory Recommend product mix and placement strategies to optimize to performance Review key performance metrics with customer and communicate strategies and best practices Develop, implement, and evaluate sales promotions Establish and maintain effective working relationships Deliver, install, and maintain displays including signage and promotional items Gather feedback from customers on products and promotions and report insights to sales management Utilize strong closing skills and conduct cold calls to recruit and onboard new customers Travel extensively within the assigned region (up to 100%), including overnight stays as needed Stand for extended periods and lift/carry up to 40 pounds Maintain and organize assigned storage space for sales materials and equipment.Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred, or at least 3-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or merchandising Valid driver's license with a good driving record Ability to pass a criminal background check Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to communicate effectively in both group and one-on-one settings Proficiency with computers, mobile devices, and Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multi-task Ability to present and position products in a compelling and persuasive manner Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed Ability to perform routine vehicle maintenance and adhere to reporting requirementsContact Information:
