Must be able to set up a ladder, access roofs and attics for inspection when it is safe to do so. Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.

Customer Consultation:

Conduct on-site visits to assess customer needs and provide roofing solutions. Present product offerings and tailor solutions to meet individual customer requirements.

Sales Presentation:

Deliver compelling presentations to showcase the benefits of our roofing products. Effectively communicate the value proposition and differentiators of our services.

Relationship Building:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Sales Negotiation and Closure:

Skillfully negotiate terms and close sales deals. Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.

Requirements:

Sales experience, roofing sales is NOT required. Must be able to set up a ladder, access roofs and attics for inspection when it is safe to do so. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM tools. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
