Required Skills & Qualifications:

must have minimum 2-5 years sales experience clear confident speaker good listener, asking good questions needs ability to drive and be able to travel self motivated comfortable with face to face interactions be able to handle objections professionally and turn negatives into a positive goal and result oriented auto parts knowledge is not necessary, but definitely helps good problem solver and negotiator clear communicator Work Environment Combination of retail counter, office, and outdoor salvage yard. May require walking, lifting, and exposure to varying weather conditions. Full-time in-person schedule, with potential overtime as needed.
