Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track customer interactions, manage follow-ups, and update sales pipelines efficiently. Engage with clients in multiple languages, providing bilingual support to enhance communication and build trust. Negotiate terms, close sales, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Identify customer needs related to energy solutions or solar systems, offering tailored recommendations that meet their requirements. Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback to optimize future outreach efforts. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, especially door-to-door or energy-related sales environments. Strong marketing skills with the ability to generate leads through creative outreach strategies. Multilingual proficiency (bilingual skills) to connect effectively with diverse customer bases. Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing customer data. Knowledge of solar or energy sales is highly desirable; technical understanding helps in explaining product benefits clearly. Excellent negotiation skills coupled with a customer-service-oriented mindset. Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate yourself and others toward achieving sales goals.
