With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and high-quality service, we're expanding our team to include a dedicated Outside Sales Representative to help us continue our growth and provide top-notch service to our clients.

Position Summary:

As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with prospective clients, and expanding our customer base. You'll work in the field, meeting with residential and commercial clients to assess their needs and provide customized solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals Conduct in-person meetings with potential clients to present All Clean Power Wash's services Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics Collaborate with the inside sales team and operations to ensure seamless service delivery Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM (ServiceTitan preferred)

Qualifications:

Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or a related field Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently Excellent presentation and negotiation skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Proficient in CRM software (experience with ServiceTitan is a plus) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or sales training is a plus
