The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading sales projects, driving business development initiatives, and managing client accounts. This role requires a strong background in outside sales, technology sales, and utilizing CRMs to enhance sales strategies. ## Responsibilities

• Lead and manage sales projects from inception to completion
• Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and market expansion
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to achieve sales targets
• Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer relationships effectively
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities and optimize account management processes ## Qualifications
• Proven experience in sales, business development, and account management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team towards success
• Proficiency in negotiating contracts and closing deals to meet revenue goals
• Knowledge of technology sales trends and market dynamics
