Western Line Builders has more than 40 years' experience in building and maintaining high voltage and extra high voltage power line circuits. Work we have done in the past and continue to do includes building new or doing maintenance in substations, transmission and distribution lines, primary underground circuits, fiber optics all the way down to low voltage street lighting. Western Line Builders has an accredited apprenticeship program that has turned out countless journeyman linemen. We conduct year-round technical and safety training held by certified trainers. DUTIES:

The electrical powerline foreman is a critical leadership role with a significant impact on the success of a project, ensuring that we maintain a high level of quality, safety and customer satisfaction. Position details/responsibilities Working closely with project superintendent and other trades, oversee the assigned scope, including the management of material and manpower. Accountable for enforcing and promoting high quality and safety standards. Utilize technology such as company-provided smartphone and laptop to ensure the job gets done on time and exceeds customer expectations. Supervise, mentor and motivate employees working on designated scope.
