Full-Time Overnight Camp Assistant Director is a leadership role on our summer staff. They are passionate about Jesus and helping campers and staff grow spiritually. They are excited to care for and encourage people in challenging situations. Assistant Directors love campers and are excited to teach other staff how to grow in caring for children. They spend their time building relationships with a wide variety of people; volunteers, parents, campers, and fellow staff. They look to be servants in all these relationships, whether that means leading songs for a tired counselor or helping correct camper behavior with an overwhelmed volunteer. They will also manage logistical responsibilities so that counselors and other staff can thrive in their given roles. If you are interested in growing your leadership, interpersonal, time management, and public speaking skills within Christian community this is the job for you.
