About Us Ridge Maine RTC is a residential treatment center dedicated to helping adolescents navigate mental health and co-occurring challenges through compassionate, structured care. Our team is committed to creating a safe, supportive environment where teens can heal and grow. Position Summary We are seeking a Clinical Assistant to support our residential program. In this role, you'll provide direct care, assist with clinical support tasks, and help maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for adolescents. Key Responsibilities Assist with medication administration under clinical supervision Provide direct support and supervision to adolescent residents Monitor, document, and report behaviors and progress Support implementation of individualized treatment plans Engage residents in therapeutic and recreational activities Maintain a clean, safe, and structured environment Qualifications Experience in a healthcare, behavioral health, or residential setting preferred Knowledge of medication administration protocols Understanding of mental health and basic physiology Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional in a dynamic environment Schedule & Benefits Full-time and part-time opportunities available Flexible scheduling options Students encouraged to apply (great experience for those pursuing healthcare or psychology careers) Why Join Ridge Maine RTC?
