We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Pre-Licensed Therapist to join our clinical team in Idaho. This role is ideal for clinicians who have completed a clinical master's program and are working toward licensure. Idaho-approved clinical supervision is provided as part of this position. Key Duties & Responsibilities Conduct client assessments and assist in developing individualized treatment plans under clinical supervision Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches under supervision Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including licensed clinicians, physicians, and case managers Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with Idaho regulations and agency policies Participate in treatment team meetings and supervision sessions Provide crisis intervention and support as appropriate and within scope of practice Deliver psychoeducation to clients and families to enhance treatment engagement Adhere to ethical standards, best practices, and Idaho licensing requirements for pre-licensed clinicians Qualifications Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution Eligible for licensure in the State of Maine as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT Actively pursuing clinical licensure hours Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Interest or experience in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, and/or EMDR preferred Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based clinical environment
