Duties Monitor safety and well-being throughout the night by conducting regular patient observations. Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including toileting, mobility, and personal hygiene. Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to individual dietary needs, ensuring proper food handling and sanitation. Maintain accurate documentation of care provided, patient responses, and any incidents or changes in condition. Perform light cleaning duties to uphold a safe and hygienic environment within the home setting. Qualifications Prior experience in home health, assisted living, nursing homes, or group homes is highly preferred. Strong observational skills for patient monitoring and recognizing changes in health status. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and family members while maintaining confidentiality.
