$15.50/hr Overview We're hiring Manufacturing Technicians to support packaging operations in a fast-paced cannabis production environment. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity with the potential for full-time placement based on performance, attendance, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities Weigh, package, label, and seal products accurately Inspect products to ensure quality and compliance standards Operate and clean packaging equipment (scales, sealers, etc.) Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Follow all safety, quality, and compliance procedures Support team needs and assist in other areas as needed Requirements Must be 21+ with a High School Diploma or equivalent Valid FL ID (2 forms required) Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment Strong attention to detail and reliability Comfortable with repetitive tasks and fast-paced work Basic math and data entry skills Willing to complete required onboarding (includes background fingerprinting) - $90-$95 out of pocket, reimbursed at 90days) Physical Requirements Stand, walk, or sit for extended periods Lift up to 50-60 lbs Perform repetitive hand movements Work in a production environment (heat, humidity, strong odors possible) Wear PPE for extended periods The United Green is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
