WHAT AWAITS YOU

• You advise and support our customers and business partners in all matters and assist them with advice and action.
• You sell private or business trips, package arrangements, or individual trips, services, and services by phone and in person on-site.
• You process inquiries and customer requests quickly and professionally, always finding a first-class solution.
• You maintain existing customer relationships and build your own customer base.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Ideally, you have solid experience in the travel industry and know the specific requirements and processes in a travel agency, which prepares you optimally to serve customers at the highest level.
• As a career changer, you have completed training and/or have several years of work experience in a tourism-related field (e.g., hospitality, aviation, or tourism office).
• You are proficient in using the booking and reservation systems CETS, Umbrella, and Amadeus, as well as ideally IRIS.plus.
• You possess a pronounced sales personality and a good instinct for successful sales closures.
• Thanks to your strong communication skills and confident demeanor, you convince customers and business partners in both personal and written contact.
• Your flexibility allows you to quickly adapt to different customer wishes and changing requirements. You always strive to provide our customers with the best possible service and maximize customer satisfaction.
• You appreciate teamwork and actively contribute to a positive work atmosphere by valuing and supporting your colleagues.
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, as well as solid English skills, complete your profile.
