Foamer Job Description Join our team as a Foamer where you will play a critical role in our tire production process. In this role, you will be responsible for foaming heavy construction tires, ensuring they meet our high-quality standards. $18+/hour. Responsibilities Load heavy construction tires onto the foaming machine. Drill a hole in the tire using a drill. Initiate and monitor the air/foaming process. Pay close attention to the machine's operation via its touch screen to ensure it runs correctly. Start and stop the foam/air process based on specific pressure levels. Reinsert the nail into the drilled hole after the process. Roll finished tires for the material specialist to handle. Essential Skills At least 6 months of production experience. Solid work history of at least 6 months. Ability to work on knees for 8 hours a day. Capability to lift 60+ lbs consistently throughout the day. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bedford, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $13.50 - $13.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
