About North Lake Supply North Lake Supply is a family-owned and operated cannabis cultivation and manufacturing facility in New Jersey. We focus on craft-quality products and a tight-knit team culture. We believe that how a product is presented is just as important as how it's grown, and we're looking for detail-oriented individuals to join our packaging team. The Role As a Packaging & Labeling Associate , you are responsible for the final touch. You will take our flower and manufactured products and prepare them for the retail market. This role requires speed, a steady hand, and a sharp eye for detail to ensure every jar, vape, bag, and pre-roll is perfect.

Key Responsibilities Precision Packaging:

Weigh, dose, and package cannabis products (flower, pre-rolls, etc.) into finished containers with high accuracy.

Compliant Labeling:

Apply state-mandated labels and brand stickers efficiently, ensuring they are straight, legible, and match the specific batch data.

Quality Control:

Identify and escalate any issues with product quality, packaging defects, or labeling errors.

Sanitation:

Maintain a clean and organized workstation in accordance with health and safety standards.

Teamwork:

Work alongside the Fulfillment Supervisor to meet daily production quotas and deadlines.

Fine Motor Skills:

Hand-eye coordination is key for handling delicate products and applying labels precisely.

Positive Attitude:

We work hard, but we like to keep the energy high and the environment supportive.

Basic Math:

Ability to understand weights (grams/ounces) and counts.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to sit or stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks with focus. Requirements Must be at least 21 years of age . Must be able to pass a state-mandated background check. Previous experience in manufacturing, food prep, or retail assembly is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person! Benefits at North Lake Consistent scheduling. Pay:

$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
