This is a temp-to-hire position paying $17.00/hr on a morning shift, Monday through Friday. In this role, you will work on a fast-moving production line — stacking bars in different configurations on a conveyor belt, removing damaged product, and feeding items into the wrapping conveyor. This is a steady morning schedule with consistent hours and overtime available as needed.

Food Production Facility Responsibilities Stack bars in different configurations as they come through on the conveyor belt. Identify and remove damaged or non-conforming items into designated yellow bins. Place product onto the feeding conveyor to be wrapped. Keep your workstation clear and organized to maintain line flow. Follow food safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines throughout the shift. Preferred Qualifications Experience working on a production line with quotas or timed output. Familiarity with conveyor-based packaging or assembly operations. Knowledge of basic food safety or GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards. Experience in a bakery, snack food, or consumer goods production facility. Ability to identify product defects or quality issues by visual inspection. Previous experience in a food production, manufacturing, or packaging environment. Pre-Employment Requirements Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. frequently throughout the shift. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. on an occasional basis.
