Opportunity:

This role is responsible for coordinating line staff, monitoring product quality and safety standards, and ensuring production goals are met efficiently. The ideal candidate has previous manufacturing or food production experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead by example on the production floor.

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead and support production line employees to ensure efficient daily operations Monitor product quality and verify compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Assist with line setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting minor production issues Ensure production goals and deadlines are met while maintaining a safe work environment What makes you a great fit: Previous experience in food manufacturing, production, or packaging environments Prior leadership, line lead, or team lead experience preferred Knowledge of food safety, GMP, and sanitation procedures preferred Why work with our client?
