We're looking for a dependable painter to join our crew of professionals who take pride in their work, communicate clearly with clients, and deliver high-level results every time.

What You'll Do:

Apply paints, stains, and finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers Prep surfaces by caulking, sanding, priming, and protecting surrounding areas Use sprayers and other professional-grade tools as needed Maintain a clean and organized job site and care for tools and equipment Communicate clearly with clients and team members to meet expectations and deadlines

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in residential or commercial painting preferred Reliable transportation (must be able to travel up to 45 miles from our shop in 64080) Able to lift 50 lbs overhead and work at heights or outdoors Previous sprayer experience is a plus Great communication, attention to detail, and pride in delivering quality work A team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision
